Have you ever met a new (hot) man and felt instantly connected to him? And then you almost simultaneously feel excited and totally freaked out that it won’t work out the way you want it to.

That’s why I’m so excited to share this weeks video blog with you. My guest, Sucari, was going through the exact same thing when we had this LIVE coaching session.

She met a man online who she connected with instantly, and they are long distance, but as a way to get to know each other just this week she booked a ticket to fly over to Colorado to meet him.

Right after booking the flight, Sucari’s brain (like many of ours) started to go into overdrive playing out scenarios of how he might not think she is attractive when he sees her, what if he doesn’t like something about her, or what if the connection fades and once again she is left feeling disappointed.
